Workshop Intensives

Our three-day workshop intensives provide the opportunity for life-transforming healing experiences in a short period of time. Workshops are typically offered once a month, running from Friday evening to Sunday evening.

During a workshop intensive, each client has the opportunity to participate in a mix of individual, small-group and large-group sessions. The group dynamic creates greater opportunities for experiential growth, education, and unique opportunities for reflecting on and reframing one’s own experiences.

Often, clients tell us that the community relationships formed during these workshop intensives become a vital part of the support network that helps them maintain forward progress between sessions.

Participants who have experienced
a workshop report some of the following:

  • A feeling of not being alone anymore
  • An experience of being supported, having access to a support network
  • The relief of truly being seen
  • A feeling of coming home within oneself
  • Experiencing the power of ceremony
  • A feeling of deep connection to their ancestors

One day workshops grew from the three-day weekend intensive workshops. It became clear clients and potential new clients needed additional options and support. The intention is the same, connecting to your inner trauma- using the modality of RTT.
